Pre-game thoughts

I know what today's workout is, and I'm intimidated. Frankly, at first I could say I was scared. But I'm starting to see these workouts not as challenges to beat me down, but opportunities to see how in shape I really am. For me, the toughest part about crossfit is the mental part, and the more positive I approach these WOD's the better I will do.
