You can do 2 of these 5 days a week, it’s like a ten minute commitment, just do it whenever. Your body will thank me for it. Another set of exercises to try are here. The whole thing takes less than two minutes and I know a few people who claimed instant relief, it's definitely worth trying.
Also, stop sitting all the time! Kstar does a better job than I could ever hope to in explaining why here.
Update: I have come across this series of articles on FAI and exercises to do with FAI written by Dan Pope, a physical therapist, it's a four part series, with part 1, part 2, part 3, and part 4.

Hi Adam,
I just found your blog and was trying to see the links to these exercises. They no longer work. Can you describe these exercises again, Please ?
KStar changed up his website, I've fixed the links so they should work now. Hope they help you out. If you don't see improvement just let me know and I'd be happy to help with other ideas.
Hi,
the links don't work. They lead to some paid content. I can pay, no problem, but just would like to be sure that I am paying for the right content. Is that it?
Yeah it seems at some point over the years kstar decided to make his content for pay. But his exercises are what really helped me get my mobility back.
Everyone wants to make money, if the content is good I am more than o.k. to pay :)
Thanks for confirming!
